PromptifyArt is a digital marketplace that provides AI prompts, templates, and related digital products for use with Midjourney AI image generation platform.

Each product purchase includes:

• Template prompts with customizable placeholders
• Example images generated using the prompts
• Detailed usage guides and instructions
• Commercial license for generated content

3. User Accounts

To purchase products, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment: We accept payments through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Digital Delivery: Products are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment. You will receive download links via email and in your account dashboard.

5. License and Usage Rights

5.1 Commercial License: All purchased prompts include a commercial license, allowing you to:

• Use the prompts to generate images for commercial projects
• Sell or license images created using our prompts
• Use generated images in client work, marketing materials, and products

5.2 Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt templates themselves
• Claim authorship of the prompt templates
• Use the prompts to create competing prompt marketplaces
• Share your account access with others

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing product download
• Significant discrepancies between product description and delivered content
• Duplicate purchases made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our contact form.

7. Intellectual Property

All prompt templates, example images, guides, and other content provided by PromptifyArt are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Service itself, including its design, functionality, and branding, is owned by PromptifyArt.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results from using our prompts with AI platforms
• Compatibility with future versions of AI platforms
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

AI platforms may change their algorithms, which could affect prompt performance. We regularly update our prompts but cannot guarantee results will remain identical over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

PromptifyArt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased products may be revoked, though we will generally allow continued access to previously purchased content unless the termination was due to abuse or fraud.
